Job Description
We are seeking creative and skilled Interior Designers to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary along with commissions based on your experience. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the furniture retail business and a passion for design, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities
- Designing and planning interior spaces for residential and commercial clients.
- Selecting furniture, materials, and finishes that align with client preferences and budget.
- Creating floor plans and 3D visualizations.
- Collaborating with clients and contractors to bring design concepts to life.
- Ensuring designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and within budget.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the furniture retail business or interior design.
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, furniture, and materials.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: KD750 – KD850 per month, based on experience.
- Commission-based pay.
- Flexible working hours.
- Thursday half-day & Friday off.
Location
- Inside Kuwait only. Only applicants currently residing in Kuwait will be considered.

الوصف الوظيفي
نحن نبحث عن مصممي داخلي مبدعين وماهرين للانضمام إلى فريقنا. تقدم هذه الوظيفة بدوام كامل راتبًا تنافسيًا بالإضافة إلى عمولات بناءً على الخبرة. إذا كنت تمتلك خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال بيع الأثاث، ولديك شغف بالتصميم، فإن هذه الفرصة لك!
المسؤوليات
- تصميم وتخطيط المساحات الداخلية للعملاء السكنيين والتجاريين.
- اختيار الأثاث والمواد والتشطيبات التي تتناسب مع تفضيلات العميل وميزانيته.
- إنشاء مخططات الطوابق ورؤية ثلاثية الأبعاد.
- التعاون مع العملاء والمقاولين لتحقيق مفاهيم التصميم.
- ضمان أن تكون التصاميم عملية وجذابة من الناحية الجمالية ومتوافقة مع الميزانية.
المؤهلات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال بيع الأثاث أو التصميم الداخلي.
- معرفة قوية بمبادئ التصميم الداخلي والأثاث والمواد.
- مبدع ومنظم واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
- مهارات تواصل قوية.
الراتب والمزايا
- الراتب الشهري: 750 - 850 دينار كويتي حسب الخبرة.
- أجر يعتمد على العمولة.
- ساعات عمل مرنة.
- نصف يوم الخميس & الجمعة إجازة.
الموقع
- داخل الكويت فقط. سيتم النظر فقط في المتقدمين المقيمين حاليًا في الكويت.
