Maintenance Technician Mechanical - Utility
Required Qualification
- Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Maintenance.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in utility maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of boilers, chillers, air compressors, HVAC systems, and water treatment plants.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical components.

فني صيانة ميكانيكي - مرافق
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الصيانة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية.
- - خبرة تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل في صيانة المرافق ضمن بيئة التصنيع أو الصناعة.
- معرفة قوية بالغلايات، والمبردات، وضواغط الهواء، وأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، ومحطات معالجة المياه.
- - خبرة في برامج الصيانة الوقائية وأنظمة إدارة الصيانة المحوسبة (CMMS).
- - المعرفة بمعايير السلامة الصناعية والامتثال للأنظمة.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الرسومات والإرشادات الفنية.
- خبرة عملية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح المكونات الكهربائية والميكانيكية.
