Position: Site Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the implementation of projects and ensuring that work progresses according to the timeline and required standards.
- Supervising workers and ensuring they are adhering to their assigned tasks.
- Verifying that all work is completed in accordance with technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Coordinating with engineers and contractors to ensure the work is moving forward smoothly.
- Inspecting the materials used and ensuring they meet the specifications.
- Monitoring the quality of execution and addressing any errors or defects.
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are applied on-site.
- Preparing daily reports on work progress and issues faced during execution.
- Monitoring the availability of materials and equipment for the site.
- Coordinating work between various departments and subcontractors.
- Ensuring the proper use and regular maintenance of equipment.
- Tracking worker attendance and productivity.
Requirements:
- Valid Kuwait residency (18 transferable visa).
- Applicants must be located within Kuwait.

المسؤوليات:
- متابعة تنفيذ المشاريع وضمان سير العمل وفقًا للخطط الزمنية والمعايير المطلوبة.
- الإشراف على العمال والتأكد من التزامهم بالمهام الموكلة إليهم.
- التحقق من تنفيذ الأعمال طبقًا للمواصفات الفنية والرسومات الهندسية.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين والمقاولين لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- فحص المواد المستخدمة والتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات.
- مراقبة جودة التنفيذ ومعالجة أي أخطاء أو عيوب.
- التأكد من تطبيق معايير السلامة والجودة في الموقع.
- إعداد تقارير يومية عن تقدم العمل والمشكلات التي تواجه التنفيذ.
- متابعة توفر المواد والمعدات اللازمة للموقع.
- تنسيق العمل بين مختلف الأقسام والمقاولين من الباطن.
- التأكد من حسن استخدام المعدات والصيانة الدورية لها.
- متابعة حضور العمال وإنتاجيتهم.
المتطلبات:
- إقامة صالحة قابلة للتحويل مادة 18.
- التوظيف من داخل الكويت فقط.
