Position: Head of English Department

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the English department to deliver high-quality teaching.
- Develop and implement the English curriculum in line with the American curriculum.
- Provide guidance and support to English faculty members to enhance their teaching methods.
- Ensure continuous improvement and professional development within the department.
- Collaborate with school leadership to achieve academic excellence.
Requirements:
- Native English speaker or IELTS score of 8.
- Proven experience working with the American curriculum and international schools.
- Bachelor’s degree in English.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.

الوظيفة: رئيس قسم اللغة الإنجليزية
الموقع: مدرسة دولية
السنة الأكاديمية: 2025/2026
المسئوليات الرئيسية:
- قيادة وإدارة قسم اللغة الإنجليزية لتقديم تعليم عالي الجودة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ المناهج الدراسية للغة الإنجليزية بما يتماشى مع المنهج الأمريكي.
- تقديم الإرشاد والدعم لأعضاء هيئة التدريس في قسم اللغة الإنجليزية لتحسين طرق التدريس.
- ضمان التحسين المستمر والتطوير المهني داخل القسم.
- التعاون مع إدارة المدرسة لتحقيق التفوق الأكاديمي.
المتطلبات:
- متحدث أصلي للغة الإنجليزية أو درجة 8 في اختبار IELTS.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل مع المنهج الأمريكي والمدارس الدولية.
- درجة بكاليريوس في اللغة الإنجليزية.
- مهارات قيادة وتنظيم قوية.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
