What will you be doing?
As a Plumber, you will support the Engineering Team to ensure that engineering and maintenance operations within the hotel, including general property maintenance and energy conservation, are working properly and to the required standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine and preventative maintenance within hotel rooms
- Responding promptly and efficiently to maintenance calls
- Executing the preventative maintenance schedule and ensuring all equipment and designated areas are maintained to the required standard
- Assisting in the implementation of the energy conservation program
- Recommending maintenance system improvements and energy savings
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and working areas in good condition
- Keeping technical training and skills up to date
What are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate the following:
- A certificate in a specialized field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, or Plumbing
- Current working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work
- Experience in the Maintenance Department of a large hotel, hospital, ship, and/or restaurant complex or similar
- Strong work ethic and passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and meet established timeframes

المهام والمسؤوليات
كسباك، ستدعم فريق الهندسة لضمان عمل عمليات الهندسة والصيانة في الفندق بشكل صحيح وفقًا للمعايير المطلوبة. ستكون مسؤولًا عن:
- إجراء الصيانة الروتينية والوقائية داخل غرف الفندق
- الاستجابة الفورية والفعالة لأي مكالمات صيانة
- تنفيذ جدول الصيانة الوقائية وضمان صيانة جميع المعدات والمناطق المحددة وفقًا للمعايير
- المساعدة في تنفيذ برنامج الحفاظ على الطاقة
- تقديم اقتراحات لتحسين أنظمة الصيانة وتوفير الطاقة
