Job Purpose
We are urgently hiring an experienced Restaurant Manager who is fluent in both English and Arabic. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing restaurant operations, leading teams, and ensuring outstanding customer service. If you are a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction through consistent quality service.
- Handle inventory, budgeting, and staff scheduling to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain high food quality and safety standards to ensure customer safety and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
- Proven experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service.
- Ability to handle inventory, budgets, and staffing effectively.
Compensation
- Salary: KD 400.000 - KD 500.000 per month.
- Job Type: Full-time

الهدف من الوظيفة
نحن بحاجة ماسة إلى مدير مطعم يتقن اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح المثالي بخبرة كبيرة في إدارة عمليات المطاعم، قيادة الفرق، وضمان تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية. إذا كنت قائدًا طبيعيًا ولديك شغف في الضيافة، نحن نرغب في مقابلتك!
المهام الرئيسية
- قيادة وتدريب وإلهام الموظفين لتقديم خدمة استثنائية.
- إدارة العمليات اليومية للمطعم لضمان سير العمل بشكل سلس ورضا العملاء.
- ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال تقديم خدمة ذات جودة عالية.
- التعامل مع المخزون، الميزانيات، و جدولة الموظفين لضمان كفاءة العمليات.
- الحفاظ على جودة الطعام ومعايير السلامة لضمان سلامة العملاء ورضاهم.
المؤهلات
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية أمر أساسي.
- خبرة سابقة في إدارة المطاعم.
- مهارات قيادية قوية وشغف بخدمة العملاء.
- القدرة على التعامل مع المخزون، الميزانيات، و التوظيف بشكل فعال.
التعويضات
- الراتب: من 400 إلى 500 دينار كويتي شهريًا.
- الوظيفة: دوام كامل
