Position: Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth operation of the property maintenance department, ensuring all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
- Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly and positively to guest inquiries.
- Take responsibility for the assigned duties, ensuring all work is carried out in a professional and timely manner.
- Contribute to departmental plans and objectives, ensuring hotel initiatives and targets are met.
- Collaborate with immediate reports to control costs, manage inventory, and achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Foster effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practices, conducting internal and external audits and following up as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in property maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
- A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and working in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to creatively solve problems and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Personal integrity and commitment to excellence.
- Familiarity with IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.

- التعاون مع التقارير المباشرة لضبط التكاليف، إدارة المخزون، وتحقيق أهداف الأداء والإنتاجية.
- تعزيز العلاقات الفعالة مع الآخرين وتعزيز ثقافة الشركة وقيمها.
- ضمان الالتزام بالتشريعات وأفضل الممارسات، من خلال إجراء التدقيقات الداخلية والخارجية ومتابعتها حسب الحاجة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- خبرة في الصيانة العقارية مفيدة ولكن ليست ضرورية.
- أسلوب عمل عملي مع موقف إيجابي.
- شغف بتقديم خدمة استثنائية للضيوف واهتمام بصناعة الضيافة.
- القدرة على إيجاد حلول مبتكرة وتحمل المسؤولية عن المهام الموكلة.
- نزاهة شخصية والقدرة على العمل في بيئة تتطلب التميز.
- خبرة في العمل مع الأنظمة التكنولوجية على منصات متنوعة.
- مهارات تواصل قوية.
