Position: Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet every customer in a warm and friendly manner, always demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Identify customer needs through asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products at every sale opportunity.
- Receive cash or payment in any authorized mode from customers, issue receipts/bills against their purchase, and provide professional cash point service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently, following the company’s after-sales policy and escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, and in-store promotions at all times.
- Maintain clean and organized displays, fitting rooms, and stock areas.
- Check stock levels daily and inform the store manager of depleting stock in order to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Comply with all company policies, including refund and exchange policies, security, and health and safety procedures.
- Recruit customers for the database and accurately enter their details into the POS system.
- Minimize exposure to stock loss through vigilance on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
Qualifications:
- High school qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of retail sales or customer service experience in the jewelry industry.

المهام الرئيسية:
- الترحيب بالعملاء وتقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة دائمًا.
- تحديد احتياجات العملاء من خلال طرح الأسئلة وتقديم المنتجات المناسبة لهم.
- التوصية بالمنتجات المرتبطة أثناء كل فرصة بيع.
- التعامل مع المدفوعات والنقد وفقًا للأنظمة المعتمدة، وإصدار الفواتير.
- معالجة شكاوى العملاء بشكل احترافي وفقًا لسياسات ما بعد البيع للشركة، وتحويلها إلى الإدارة إذا لزم الأمر.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة الكافية بالمنتجات والاتجاهات الحديثة والعروض الترويجية داخل المتجر.
- الحفاظ على معايير التنظيف والتنظيم للعرض، غرف القياس، والمخزون.
- فحص مستويات المخزون يوميًا وإبلاغ المدير بحالة المخزون لاستكماله.
- الالتزام بجميع سياسات الشركة، بما في ذلك سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال، الأمن، والصحة والسلامة.
- جمع بيانات العملاء بدقة وتسجيلها على نظام نقاط البيع.
- تقليل المخاطر المتعلقة بفقدان المخزون من خلال اليقظة داخل المتجر.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- شهادة الثانوية العامة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 4 سنوات في مبيعات التجزئة أو خدمة العملاء في مجال المجوهرات.
