We are currently looking for an experienced and skilled tailor to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should be able to stitch all kinds of ladies’ dresses, from casual wear to formal attire, ensuring precision, quality, and excellent finishing. If you are passionate about fashion, have an eye for detail, and can handle multiple sewing tasks efficiently, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
✔ Stitch and create a wide range of ladies’ dresses, including but not limited to casual wear, party dresses, and evening gowns
✔ Ensure high-quality stitching and finish on every garment
✔ Follow design specifications and ensure garment dimensions and fit are accurate
✔ Keep the workspace clean and organized, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
✔ Work closely with designers to meet production deadlines and garment specifications
✔ Make alterations and adjustments as needed based on customer feedback or design revisions
✔ Manage fabric inventory and recommend new materials when necessary
Requirements:
🎓 Proven experience in tailoring, especially women’s clothing
🎯 High attention to detail and accuracy in sewing
🧵 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
🕰 Ability to operate industrial sewing machines and equipment
💡 Good communication skills to collaborate with the design team
🎨 Creative flair with an understanding of fashion trends
