Service Marketing & Sales Specialist
Qualifications for the role
- Electrical Engineering Background
- 5-7 years of experience in service sales within Kuwait.
- Proven track record as a service sales engineer for switchgears and protection relays.
- Background in digital solutions is a plus
- Previous engagement and customer relationships with major government end-users entities and industrial customers in the region.
- Strong technical expertise in selling service agreements is a plus
- Strong English communication & Negotiation skills are a must
- Innovative mind and interest to explore new ideas and build strong relationships – excellent networking skills
- Out-of-the-box thinking and exceptional problem-solving skills
- Relentless ownership, dedication, and thoroughness. Going the extra mile and showing devotion to the mission.

Logistics Specialist, PAEN
Qualifications for the role
- Preferably Graduate engineer with either Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation with min 6-8 year of Experience in Sourcing in Project Business
- 5 to 10 years of experience in end-to-end transport and logistics management, including import and export operations and possess knowledge of international and domestic shipping.
- Highly adept in tools like Transport Management Systems (TMS) and the complete logistics process including transportation, freight forwarding, and warehousing.
- Strong Negotiation Skills and contract management Know how.
- Previous experience in Oil & Gas and Power &Water business is an added advantage.
- Experience in SAP MM Module, preferable.
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good knowledge of English
- Arabic is an added advantage.

المؤهلات اللازمة لهذا الدور
- يفضل أن يكون مهندسًا خريجًا في مجال الميكانيكا أو الكهرباء أو الأجهزة مع خبرة لا تقل عن 6-8 سنوات في مجال التوريد في مجال الأعمال التجارية للمشروع
- - خبرة تتراوح من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في إدارة النقل والخدمات اللوجستية الشاملة، بما في ذلك عمليات الاستيراد والتصدير، ومعرفة بالشحن الدولي والمحلي.
- يتمتع بخبرة عالية في استخدام أدوات مثل أنظمة إدارة النقل (TMS) وعملية الخدمات اللوجستية الكاملة بما في ذلك النقل والشحن والتخزين.
- مهارات قوية في التفاوض ومعرفة بكيفية إدارة العقود.
- تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في مجال النفط والغاز والطاقة والمياه ميزة إضافية.
- - يفضل الخبرة في وحدة SAP MM.
- متعلم سريع مع القدرة على التعامل مع مهام متعددة في وقت واحد، والحفاظ على التركيز، والتكيف مع مجموعة متنوعة من التحديات.
