Celebrity Account Manager

What You’ll Do

• Be the primary point of contact for celebrity clients: Act as the main liaison for celebrity accounts, ensuring exceptional service and smooth communication.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrity clients, offering personalized support based on their specific needs.

• Coordinate endorsements and campaigns: Manage endorsements, campaigns, and celebrity-specific product launches, ensuring all activities meet the highest standards.

• Confidentiality and professionalism: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism, safeguarding client privacy at all times.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure the alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in client or celebrity management.

• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in Arabic, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with celebrity clients.

• Professionalism: Strong understanding of client management, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

• Attention to detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks, track timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.

• أن تكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية للعملاء المشاهير: تعمل كحلقة وصل أساسية مع الحسابات المشهورة، مع ضمان تقديم خدمة استثنائية والتواصل بسلاسة.

• إدارة العلاقات: بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء من المشاهير، وتقديم الدعم المخصص الذي يتناسب مع احتياجاتهم الخاصة.

• تنسيق الطلبات والمشاريع: إدارة التأييدات والحملات والمنتجات الخاصة بالمشاهير، مع التأكد من تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة وفقًا لأعلى المعايير.

• السرية والاحترافية: التعامل مع المعلومات الحساسة بأقصى درجات السرية والاحترافية، والحفاظ على خصوصية العملاء في جميع الأوقات.

• التعاون مع الفرق المختلفة: العمل عن كثب مع فرق التسويق والإبداع والعمليات لضمان توافق جميع المبادرات وتنفيذها بسلاسة.

ما الذي ستقدمه

• الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة الحسابات أو المشاهير.

• مهارات التواصل: مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغة العربية، سواء شفهياً أو كتابياً، مع القدرة على التواصل بفعالية مع العملاء من المشاهير.

• الاحترافية: فهم قوي لإدارة العملاء، والسرية، والقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط مع الحفاظ على المعايير العالية.

• الاهتمام بالتفاصيل: القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة، مع متابعة الجداول الزمنية وضمان الوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
