Quality Assurance Auditor

• The Quality Assurance Officer plays a critical role in ensuring that all food and beverage products meet or exceed established quality and safety standards. 
• This position involves implementing quality assurance programs, conducting inspections, and collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold the highest standards of product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• · Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards for all food and beverage operations.

• · Conduct regular inspections of food preparation areas, storage facilities, and service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• · Perform quality checks on incoming ingredients, raw materials, and finished products to verify adherence to specifications and standards.
• · Monitor and evaluate food handling practices, cooking methods, and storage conditions to minimize the risk of contamination and maintain product freshness.
• · Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish quality specifications, conduct audits, and address quality issues or deviations.

• · Conduct sensory evaluations and taste tests to assess product quality, flavor profiles, and consistency.

• يلعب مسؤول ضمان الجودة دورًا حاسمًا في ضمان أن جميع منتجات الأطعمة والمشروبات تلبي أو تتجاوز معايير الجودة والسلامة المعمول بها. 
• يتضمن هذا المنصب تنفيذ برامج ضمان الجودة، وإجراء عمليات التفتيش، والتعاون مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة للحفاظ على أعلى معايير سلامة المنتج ورضا العملاء.
• · تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير ضمان الجودة لجميع عمليات الأغذية والمشروبات.
