Job Title: Sales Associate – Retail Opportunity
We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Kuwait. If you have a strong desire to work in retail and provide excellent customer service, this is the perfect role for you. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, driving sales, and helping the store meet its goals. This position requires a proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales and promotions to inform customers effectively.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
Restock shelves and ensure attractive product displays.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and handle complaints promptly.
Participate in inventory management and stock control.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
Keep the sales floor clean and organized.
Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer preferences and trends.
Preferred Candidate:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Team player with a strong work ethic.
Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

حضور دورات تدريبية لتعزيز المعرفة بالمنتجات وتقنيات البيع.
تقديم ملاحظات قيمة للإدارة بشأن تفضيلات العملاء والاتجاهات.
