Responsibilities

• Sales & Persuasion: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close deals effectively through social media platforms.

• Social Media Proficiency: Familiar with platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and others to engage customers.

• Customer Relationship Management: Efficiently handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Content Creation & Engagement: Create engaging content such as posts, stories, and updates to maintain customer engagement.

• Problem Solving & Quick Thinking: Handle customer issues smoothly and resolve disputes effectively.

• Order Processing & Tracking: Assist customers with their orders and keep them updated on their status.

• Basic Marketing Knowledge: Understand how to promote offers and discounts to customers.

• Time Management & Multitasking: Manage multiple customer interactions at once without compromising on service quality.

• Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic marketing strategies.

• Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and sales opportunities.

• Must be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• إتقان وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي: الإلمام بمنصات مثل Instagram و WhatsApp و Facebook وغيرها للتفاعل مع العملاء.

• إدارة علاقات العملاء: التعامل بكفاءة مع الاستفسارات والشكاوى والمتابعات لضمان رضا العملاء.

• إنشاء المحتوى والمشاركة: إنشاء محتوى جذاب مثل المنشورات والقصص والتحديثات للحفاظ على تفاعل العملاء.

• حل المشكلات والتفكير السريع: التعامل مع مشكلات العملاء بسلاسة وحل النزاعات بفعالية.

• معالجة وتتبع الطلبات: مساعدة العملاء في طلباتهم وإبقائهم على اطلاع بحالة الطلبات.

• المعرفة الأساسية بالتسويق: فهم كيفية الترويج للعروض والخصومات للعملاء.

• إدارة الوقت والمهام المتعددة: التعامل مع تفاعلات متعددة مع العملاء في وقت واحد دون التأثير على جودة الخدمة.

• إتقان اللغتين: مهارات كتابة وتحدث قوية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.

• رخصة القيادة: يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة سارية.

المتطلبات

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة شفهياً وكتابياً.

• إتقان استخدام منصات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي واستراتيجيات التسويق الأساسية.

• القدرة على التعامل مع العديد من استفسارات العملاء وفرص المبيعات في نفس الوقت.

• يجب أن تكون شخصًا نشطًا، موجهًا نحو الحلول، وقادرًا على العمل في بيئة سريعة.
