Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and local regulations

• Ability to develop and implement SOPs for operational efficiency

• Strong menu engineering, pricing strategy, and product development skills

• Experience in customer service enhancement and guest relations

• Ability to analyze sales reports and implement business growth strategies

• Expertise in expanding restaurant concepts, new openings, and market positioning

• Familiarity with restaurant software, POS systems, and digital transformation

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple outlets (if applicable)

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
