Safety Officer
Full job description
- We are looking to employ a qualified and competent safety officer who will be responsible for the health and safety of staff in the project sites.
- The safety officer will compile safety programs and standardize them to remain consistent, as well as share best practice techniques at regular staff meetings
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Compile safety programs.
- Practice safe working techniques.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
- Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
- Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
- Promote safety initiatives.
- Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
- Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
- Regularly inspect equipment.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or an associate degree.
- Valid competency certificates. Eg:- NEBOSH IGC
- Registration as a Health and Safety Officer.
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in this position.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: KD300.000 - KD350.000 per month
- License/Certification:
- Safety Engineer Certificate (Required)

- نحن نتطلع إلى توظيف ضابط سلامة مؤهل وكفء ليكون مسؤولاً عن صحة وسلامة الموظفين في مواقع المشروع.
- سيقوم مسؤول السلامة بتجميع برامج السلامة وتوحيدها لتظل متسقة، بالإضافة إلى مشاركة أفضل تقنيات الممارسة في اجتماعات الموظفين المنتظمة
الأدوار والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد برامج السلامة.
- مارس تقنيات العمل الآمنة.
- تنفيذ والحفاظ على معايير الصحة والسلامة.
- إقامة علاقة ودية ومهنية مع الموظفين.
- الحفاظ على الامتثال لجميع لوائح السلامة.
- إجراء اجتماعات منتظمة للموظفين لتبادل أفضل الممارسات.
- توحيد معايير الصحة والسلامة من أجل الحفاظ على الاتساق.
- تحديد النفايات الخطرة والتخلص منها بشكل صحيح.
- تعزيز مبادرات السلامة.

- فحص المعدات بشكل دوري.

- درجة البكالوريوس أو درجة الزمالة.
- شهادات كفاءة سارية المفعول، مثل: NEBOSH IGC
- التسجيل كمسؤول الصحة والسلامة.
- مهارات التواصل القوية.
- -خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في هذا المنصب.

- الراتب: 300.000 - 350.000 دينار كويتي شهريًا
