Main responsibilities:
Accounting and Accounting Records – Maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, journal entries, and general ledgers.
Recording Financial Transactions – Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting – Preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Managing the accounting system and daily operations – supervising daily accounting operations and ensuring the smooth running of the accounting system.
Accounts Receivable and Payable Management – Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Payroll Administration – Ensuring salaries are processed accurately in accordance with legal requirements.
Auditing, Financial Analysis and Consulting – Conducting audits and financial analysis to provide insights to management.
Compliance and Internal Control – Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control.
Continuous improvement – looking for opportunities to improve accounting systems, processes, and working methods.
Qualifications:
Education – Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Software skills – experience using accounting software and financial tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Proficiency in Excel, Word and other MS Office programs.
Strong communication skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines – Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience: 4
Professional Experience – 7 to 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with preference given to experience in commercial accounting or corporate finance.
IT Experience – Previous experience in a similar role in the IT industry or technology companies (if applicable).
Work environment:
Location – Office or remote (depending on company settings).
Working Hours – Regular working hours with the possibility of overtime during peak periods such as the close of the fiscal year.

المسئوليات الرئيسية:
إعداد وصيانة السجلات المالية بدقة.
معالجة الحسابات الدائنة والمدينة بكفاءة.
المساعدة في إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والتقارير.
ضمان الالتزام باللوائح المحاسبية والمعايير المالية.
تسوية كشوف الحسابات البنكية ومراقبة المعاملات المالية.
المساعدة في التدقيق وإعداد الوثائق اللازمة.
التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى فيما يخص احتياجات التقارير المالية.
المتطلبات:
درجة بكاليريوس في المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة.
إتقان Microsoft Excel وبرامج المحاسبة (أنظمة ERP).
معرفة بالمبادئ المحاسبية واللوائح والإجراءات.
اهتمام بالتفاصيل والتركيز على الدقة.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية.
مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
القدرة على الانضمام فورًا أو في غضون شهر.
