Key roles and responsibilities
- Facilitate, solve, interact and provide a high level of customer service that would exceed customer expectations as well as meeting the departmental goals.
- Update job cards for each customer through JDE systems once part became available along with notify technical team.
- Regular administration to offered tools and equipment to customer via regular inspection and auditing
- Spare part order and follow up on shipment until receive in service center
- Administrate sub inventory management at service vehicle includes safety stock supply
- Support service manager with any required part moving reports and require part for reaching target KPI
- Coordination with sales team about new line products in order to prepared with advance stock to serve customer once required
- Follow stander deviation of spare part WH sorting and cleaning
- Coordinate with tracking team and part leader for any pending service order due to shortage
- Part local purchase sourcing and supply
- Utilize JDE system for offering spare part to technician and assure audit technician sub-store on regular base
2-Technician

- Install, maintain and repair all home appliances by following standard protocols;
- Identify cause of the damage of the appliance and provide customer with an estimate on cost;
- Repair defective parts like damaged wirings, switches, belts, motors, heating elements, etc.
- Disassemble appliances so that problems can be diagnosed and repairs can be made;
- Conduct inspections to detect if there is any leakage, odd sounds, or any unusual vibration; also check if there are any loose connections which result in failure of the appliance;
