Job Opportunity: Facilities Manager
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to join a general trading company in the Al-Ray area, specializing in HVAC systems, plumbing, firefighting, and oilfield accessories. If you are an organized and meticulous professional with experience in facilities management, we want you to be part of our team!
Main responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks, coordinate facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Inspect buildings and assets monthly and provide detailed reports to management.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers to schedule repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements; arrange for periodic maintenance of internal equipment and systems (e.g., air conditioning/heating, security systems, surveillance cameras).
Inspect rooms, furniture, and vehicles to determine repair or renovation needs.
Oversee office security systems, including access control systems, alarm systems, and surveillance devices, and ensure all security protocols are followed and updated.
Ensure FHC equipment is inspected and maintained annually according to expiration dates.
Handling budget preparation and financial planning for office expenses.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available and replenished monthly.
Oversee the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, common areas, and meeting rooms; design and manage cleaning and disinfection schedules for buildings and warehouses.
Maintain up-to-date records of invoices from external partners (e.g., suppliers, insurance agents, security services).
Research new services and devices to improve facility operations.
Basic requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in administration or facilities management.
