As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring readiness for all jobs/activities
- Leading drilling services related technical and product line quality support during tender and execution
- Managing incident management process reporting, Root Cause Analysis, corrective actions, lessons learned, and customer incident communication plan
- Leading and controling drilling services product line performance improvement plans
- Monitoring Service Delivery KPI to evaluate effectiveness of operational activity
- Assigning technical job planning and support resources for job plan, technical support, and incident management
- Leading and supporting new technology deployment
