Responsibilities:
Assist the chef in preparing and cooking traditional Kuwaiti dishes according to the restaurant's approved recipes and standards.
Keep the kitchen work area clean and organized.
Strictly follow food hygiene and safety standards.
Prepare ingredients and ensure they are stored properly.
Assist in managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies when needed.
Provide excellent service and assist with daily kitchen operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen, especially in Kuwaiti cuisine, is essential.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
You must be able to transfer to Residence No. 18.
Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and food hygiene.
