This is a premier opportunity for a sales professional with deep expertise in the Kuwaiti industrial landscape to drive growth within the KOC, KNPC, and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
■Promoting and securing technical approvals for ROCKWOOL insulation and Avayo raised floor systems.
■Managing complex vendor registration and prequalification processes with KOC and KNPC.
■Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with top-tier consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.
■Preparing detailed technical submittals and conducting rigorous follow-ups on active tenders.
■Achieving assigned sales targets while consistently expanding the project pipeline across Kuwait.
■Providing technical expertise to clients, ensuring our solutions are integrated into major project specifications.
Requirements
■Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in building materials or high-value project sales.
■Established professional exposure and knowledge of KOC and KNPC project procedures.
■Strong technical background with specific experience in "specification selling."
■Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
■Must possess a valid Kuwaiti driving license for client and site visits.
■Currently residing in Kuwait with a proactive and self-motivated approach to business development.

المسؤوليات
■ترويج وحصل الموافقات الفنية لعوازل ROCKWOOL وأنظمة الأرضيات المرفوعة Avayo.
■إدارة عمليات تسجيل الموردين المعقدة والتأهيل المسبق لدى شركتي KOC وKNPC.
■تطوير وصيانة علاقات استراتيجية مع كبار الاستشاريين والمقاولين وفرق المشتريات.
■إعداد العروض الفنية التفصيلية والمتابعة الدقيقة للمناقصات القائمة.
■تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة مع التوسع المستمر في قاعدة المشاريع المستهدفة عبر الكويت.
■تقديم الخبرة الفنية للعملاء لضمان دمج حلولنا في مواصفات المشاريع الكبرى.
المتطلبات
■خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات مواد البناء أو مبيعات المشاريع الكبرى.
■خبرة مهنية ومعرفة مثبتة بإجراءات ومشاريع شركة نفط الكويت (KOC) وشركة البترول الوطنية (KNPC).
■خلفية فنية قوية مع خبرة محددة في "بيع المواصفات" (Specification Selling).
■مهارات استثنائية في التفاوض والتواصل وبناء العلاقات المهنية.
■يجب امتلاك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول لزيارات العملاء والمواقع.
■الإقامة الحالية في الكويت مع نهج استباقي ودافع ذاتي لتطوير الأعمال.
