Responsibilities
Elementary Homeroom Teacher: Deliver a comprehensive primary curriculum, manage daily classroom operations, and foster a nurturing environment for holistic student development.
High School Psychology Teacher: Instruct senior students in psychological theories and research methodologies, preparing them for higher education through critical thinking and academic rigor.
General: Develop engaging lesson plans, conduct regular student assessments, and maintain proactive communication with parents and school administration.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, Psychology, or subject-specific).
Certification: A valid and recognized Teaching Certification is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an equivalent role.
Skills: Strong classroom management, exceptional communication, and ability to adapt to a bilingual setting.↚

المسؤوليات
معلم فصل ابتدائي: تقديم منهج دراسي ابتدائي شامل، إدارة العمليات اليومية للفصل، وتعزيز بيئة حاضنة للتطور المتكامل للطلاب.
معلم علم نفس ثانوي: تدريس نظريات علم النفس ومنهجيات البحث لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وإعدادهم للتعليم العالي من خلال التفكير النقدي والصرامة الأكاديمية.
عام: تطوير خطط دروس تفاعلية، إجراء تقييمات دورية للطلاب، والحفاظ على تواصل فعال مع أولياء الأمور وإدارة المدرسة.
المتطلبات
المؤهل العلمي: درجة البكالوريوس في مجال ذي صلة (التربية، علم النفس، أو التخصص الدراسي).
الاعتماد: ضرورة وجود شهادة تدريس معتمدة ومعترف بها.
الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التدريس في وظيفة مماثلة.
المهارات: مهارات قوية في إدارة الفصل الدراسي، تواصل استثنائي، وقدرة على التكيف مع البيئة التعليمية ثنائية اللغة.
الموقع: التوظيف مخصص للمقيمين داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
