Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in restaurant management.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (Written and Spoken).

• Must hold a transferable residency (Visa 18) within Kuwait.

• This opportunity is strictly available for candidates currently residing inside Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing multiple locations to ensure operational efficiency and consistency.

• Monitoring financial performance, sales targets, and cost-control measures.↚

• امتلاك إقامة قابلة للتحويل داخل دولة الكويت.

المسؤوليات

• الإشراف على عدة مواقع لضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية والاتساق في الأداء.

• مراقبة الأداء المالي، وأهداف المبيعات، وإجراءات ضبط التكاليف.

• قيادة وتوجيه مديري الفروع للحفاظ على معايير الخدمة والجودة العالية.

• ضمان الامتثال الكامل للوائح الصحة والسلامة واللوائح المؤسسية في جميع المناطق.
