The Senior Sales Engineer will be the technical face of SANY concrete machinery in the region. This position requires deep professional experiences in selling heavy equipment such as concrete pumps and mixers. You will lead the development of Human Resources strategies for client management, ensuring top-tier Ad Coverage for our product line through technical demonstrations and commercial proposals. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Maximize sales for SANY Concrete Machinery including high-pressure pumps and mixers across Kuwait.
• Conduct on-site visits and technical presentations to secure high-value employment contracts with major construction firms.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources and technical teams to prepare tailored commercial proposals.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to expand the company’s professional experiences in the GCC.
• Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term industrial client relationships to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven professional experiences in heavy machinery sales.
• Strong technical grasp of concrete machinery applications and site operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with a valid Kuwait driving license.
• Proven ability to work with international brands and handle complex negotiations.

• إجادة تامة للغتين العربية والإنجليزية وامتلاك رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية.
