Oishii is a leading and fast-growing F&B brand in Kuwait, known for delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive business growth.

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and expanding the company’s presence in the market. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the food & beverage / restaurant sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth
• Ensure proper execution of sales plans across all channels

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Strong experience in F&B / restaurant industry is a must
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and lead a team effectively
• Ready to join immediately is an advantage
• Arab nationality is required

مسؤول عن تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات، وإدارة فريق المبيعات، وتوسيع حضور الشركة في السوق.

المهام:

• تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات المبيعات لتحقيق الأهداف
• قيادة وتحفيز فريق المبيعات لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء
• تحديد فرص الأعمال والشراكات الجديدة
• بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء
• متابعة السوق والمنافسين واحتياجات العملاء
• إعداد تقارير وتوقعات المبيعات
• التنسيق مع فرق التسويق والعمليات
• تنفيذ خطط المبيعات بكفاءة

المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس إدارة أعمال أو تسويق أو ما يعادلها
• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات كمدير مبيعات
• خبرة قوية في مجال المطاعم أو F&B (شرط أساسي)
• مهارات قيادية وتواصل وتفاوض ممتازة
• سجل مثبت في تحقيق الأهداف
• مهارات تحليلية قوية
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط
• يفضل الجاهزية الفورية
