Responsibilities: * Lead and inspire the service team to maintain impeccable fine dining standards.
Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless transitions between the kitchen and guest areas.
Manage guest relations, reservations, and resolve any operational challenges with sophistication.
Ensure strict adherence to luxury service protocols and health and safety regulations.
Front Office & Service Team
Available Roles: Receptionists (4), Bartenders (2), Baristas (2), Senior Waiters – Dining/Garden (3), Waitresses – Dining/Garden (7).
Responsibilities:
Provide a warm, professional welcome and manage guest seating with grace.
Craft premium beverages and provide expert menu recommendations to enhance the dining journey.
Execute synchronized service techniques and maintain high-level table maintenance.
Coordinate closely with the bar and kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Support Team
Available Roles: Runners (8).
Responsibilities:
Support the service staff by ensuring dishes are delivered promptly and at the correct temperature.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to facilitate smooth service flow.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables according to fine dining aesthetics.
Requirements
Proven fine dining experience is mandatory for all professional roles.
Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of luxury guest service.
Professional appearance, a positive team attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Baladiya Card is mandatory.
Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait (Local Hiring Only).
