• Experience in professional retail settings (Jewelry retail experience is a bonus).

• Technical proficiency in managing POS systems and website product uploads.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Systems: Updating POS and websites, ensuring stock and pricing synchronization, and coordinating item deliveries.

• Product Management: Verifying stock quantities and maintaining accurate product details for both store concepts.

• Sales Support: Assisting on the shop floor and working closely with staff to ensure operational efficiency.↚ 

• Marketing & Growth: Collaborating on social media content creation and brainstorming ideas to increase brand engagement.

• قدرة مثبتة على العمل تحت الضغط في بيئة تجزئة سريعة الوتيرة.

• خبرة في بيئات العمل المهنية (يفضل من لديه خبرة في تجارة المجوهرات).

• مهارة تقنية في إدارة أنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) ورفع المنتجات على المواقع الإلكترونية.

المسؤوليات

• الأنظمة والعمليات: تحديث أنظمة البيع والمواقع الإلكترونية، وضمان مزامنة المخزون والأسعار، وتنسيق تسليم الطلبات.

• إدارة المنتجات: التحقق من كميات المخزون وتفاصيل المنتجات لكلا قسمي المتجر بدقة.

• دعم المبيعات: التواجد في صالة العرض لدعم عمليات البيع والعمل مع الطاقم لضمان كفاءة التشغيل.

• التسويق والنمو: التعاون في صناعة محتوى منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وابتكار أفكار لزيادة تفاعل العملاء.
