- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and warehouse teams for timely material availability.

- Ensure purchased materials comply with project specifications and company standards.
- Track procurement status and follow up on deliveries to avoid project delays.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost comparisons and budget analyses.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and performance.
- Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance when required.
- Resolve supplier-related quality, quantity and delivery discrepancies.

- Support purchasing and sourcing for Heresite and Hereshield coating applications, consumables and related equipment.
