Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from start to completion.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements and local regulations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
- Maintain communication with clients and government entities when required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in civil engineering projects such as infrastructure, building construction or roads.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in managing civil engineering projects such as infrastructure, building construction or roads.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera, MS Project or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety codes and relevant legislation.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwait Oil Company standards.

- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية.
- خبرة مثبتة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مشاريع الهندسة المدنية مثل البنية التحتية أو إنشاء المباني أو الطرق.
