Position 1: Exercise Physiologist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring delivery of international standards in rehabilitation services, including assessment, treatment, and interventions for inpatients and outpatients.
- Evaluate therapeutic interventions using recognized outcome measures to ensure treatment programs progress appropriately.
- Use necessary equipment and modalities to deliver and assess treatment plans, adjusting as required.
- Provide updates to the healthcare team about the patient’s condition and progression.
- Treat a wide range of patient populations, including geriatrics, children, athletes, pre- and post-natal patients, corporate wellness, weight loss, orthopedic, cardiac, and neurological rehabilitation, as well as hydrotherapy.
Quality & Safety:
- Maintain qualifications as a Bio kineticist/Movement Specialist.
- Participate in quality assurance and audit programs, evaluating new practices' impact.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to the hospital's quality and safety standards.
Education:
- Participate in staff development activities and maintain a role in educational programs related to rehabilitation.
- Stay up to date with recent research through CPD courses.
Personal Effectiveness:
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring effective team relationships.
- Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring personal and staff safety.
- Demonstrate emotional self-awareness and empathy to ensure better patient care outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Sport Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sports or rehabilitation setting.
Position 2: Pediatric Occupational Therapist

- Provide sensory integration therapy and occupational therapy services for pediatrics.
