As a Service Technician, you will be serving our customers through preventative and reactive channels. You will collaborate with the Service and Technical Support Teams to schedule work and advise on the best solutions to ensure we provide the best service.

What You Can Expect
Based in Kuwait, and reporting to the Head of Sales, your role will focus on winning the Door Hardware business and developing profitable sales growth for dormakaba in the assigned territory through generation lead or qualification through to sales closing. This comes in the form of new sales generation while nurturing existing customer relationships You will be negotiating contracts with potential clients and meeting targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
