Sales of Service and Parts, Product Support [Heavy Equipment]

- The Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) will be responsible for improving the business success
- of our customers through direct face to face contact and an intimate knowledge of their operational
- needs. The primary objective of the PSSR is to make our customers more successful by anticipation or
- recognition of their needs by selling the appropriate application of product support and small wholegoods, products, and services.
- +Responsibilities
- Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- • Perform the selling function of parts and service, which includes but not limited to undercarriage,
- fluids, GET, Service Contracts and consumables.
- • Attain long and short-term objectives through effective, methodical territory/time management and
planning.
- • Collect, record, and maintain in-depth customer profiles in order to gather information on sales, parts,
- and service needs
- • Develops sales forecast and business plan.
- • Maintenance of required records regarding customers in the sales territory i.e. lost sales, machine
- population, surveys, influencers, serial number, and hour meter readings
- • Create contracts, quotes for potential clients.
- • Focus on customer equipment profiles for “set” group of customers.
- • Identify new customers within assigned territory to promote personal and company growth.
- • Ability to balance the business needs and goals of the company while looking out for the best interests of our customers
- • Maintain good working relationships with workshop, parts, sales and all other company department personnel.
+Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and two years related
- experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- + Minumum 1 year experience, not higher than 5 years experience
- + Good English language - speaking, writing, reading
- + Good Hindi language - speaking
- • Must have ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
- • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- • Must have a positive attitude and be a self-starter.
- • Must be organized and a good planner.
- • Ability to set and meet goals.
