Land Surveyor
Responsibilities
Surveying and surveying: Conducting field surveys using Total Station, GPS and leveling tools, and determining control points and reference lines for foundations and infrastructure.
Supporting precast concrete installations: Checking the alignment and levels of precast walls, columns, and beams during installation, and conducting as-built surveys to ensure complete accuracy.
Data and documentation: Preparing and maintaining accurate survey reports and drawings, and interpreting complex engineering plans to effectively track project progress.
Quality and coordination: Communicating with site supervisors and quality control teams to identify any discrepancies and ensure all measurements remain within the project's allowable tolerance limits.
Requirements
Academic qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in the construction sector or the precast concrete industry, with a strong preference for those with experience in signing precast pieces.
Technical skills: Practical experience in using modern surveying equipment and a high ability to read and interpret execution plans.
