Job Vacancy: Accounts & Finance Manager

Location: Kuwait

Job Description:

Oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations: Manage daily accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements, MIS reports, and forecasts

• Budgeting & Planning: Develop and maintain budgetary control procedures and long-term business plans

• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure compliance with local laws and manage audits

• Team Leadership: Supervise accounting staff and provide training and performance management

• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies for mitigation

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or professional qualification like CPA, ACCA, CA preferred)

• 5+ years experience in accounting or financial management roles

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

إعلان عاجل – مدير حسابات ومالية

مطلوب مدير حسابات ومالية للإشراف على العمليات اليومية، التقارير المالية، الميزانيات، وإدارة التدفقات النقدية.

المسؤوليات:

• إدارة العمليات المالية اليومية، بما في ذلك الحسابات المدينة والدائنة، الرواتب، والتدفقات النقدية.

• إعداد البيانات المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية، وتقارير MIS والتوقعات لتحليل أداء الأعمال.

• تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات الرقابة على الميزانية والخطط الاستراتيجية طويلة المدى.

• ضمان الالتزام بالقوانين المحلية وإدارة عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.

• الإشراف على فريق الحسابات، وتقديم التدريب والإرشاد وإدارة الأداء.

• تحديد المخاطر المالية المحتملة ووضع استراتيجيات لتقليل التكاليف والمخاطر.

المتطلبات:

• شهادة بكالوريوس في المالية أو المحاسبة أو مجال ذي صلة، ويفضل ماجستير (MBA) أو مؤهل مهني (CPA, ACCA, CA).

• خبرة مثبتة 5+ سنوات في الحسابات أو الإدارة المالية.

• إتقان برامج المحاسبة (مثل Tally, SAP, Oracle) ومهارات متقدمة في Excel.

• مهارات تحليلية واتصال وقيادة قوية، مع دقة عالية في التفاصيل.
