Job Title: Driver Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily activities of delivery drivers
Assign delivery orders and plan efficient routes
Monitor driver attendance, performance, and discipline
Ensure timely deliveries
Coordinate with warehouse and operations team
Monitor vehicle condition and arrange maintenance
Handle delivery issues and customer complaints
Prepare daily and weekly delivery reports
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years experience in delivery or logistics field
Experience supervising drivers preferred
Good communication and leadership skills
Basic computer knowledge, experience with delivery apps
Valid driving license is an advantage

إعلان وظيفة – مشرف سائقين (Driver Supervisor)
شركة توصيل / لوجستيات بالكويت تبحث عن مشرف سائقين.
المهام الوظيفية:
الإشراف وإدارة الأنشطة اليومية للسائقين.
توزيع الطلبات والتخطيط للمسارات بكفاءة.
متابعة حضور وأداء وانضباط السائقين.
ضمان إتمام جميع التسليمات في الوقت المحدد.
التنسيق مع فريق المخازن والعمليات.
متابعة حالة المركبات وتنظيم الصيانة عند الحاجة.
التعامل مع مشاكل التسليم وشكاوى العملاء.
إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية للإدارة.
المتطلبات:
خبرة لا تقل عن 2–3 سنوات في مجال التوصيل أو اللوجستيات.
خبرة في الإشراف على السائقين مفضلة.
مهارات تواصل وقيادة جيدة.
معرفة أساسية بالحاسوب وخبرة باستخدام تطبيقات التوصيل.
رخصة قيادة سارية ميزة إضافية.
