Responsibilities

• Operations & Planning: Manage daily production planning, ingredient forecasting, and purchase calculations; oversee Odoo system integrity and conduct variance analysis.

• Culinary Development: Lead recipe development and costing for hot kitchen and pastry; ensure strict adherence to grammage and quality standards for all customer orders.

• Maintenance & Facility: Oversee troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure zero downtime.

• Marketing & Design: Coordinate high-level marketing strategies and create impactful visual content to strengthen brand presence.

• Finance & Support: Manage accounting cycles, financial reporting, and IT infrastructure to support seamless business operations.

Requirements

• Production Planner: Arab National (Male) with Industrial Engineering degree and ERP/Supply Chain experience.

• Marketing Coordinator: Female Arab National, age under 30, with a strong marketing background.

• Culinary Team: Proven experience in recipe development and costing; Sous Chefs must ensure the highest food quality standards.

• Maintenance: 3 years of experience in kitchen equipment or facility maintenance; Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical fields preferred.

• Accountants: Degree in Accounting/Finance with relevant experience in the F&B or industrial sector.

• Location: All candidates must be currently based in Kuwait.
