IT Specialist
Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait City for an IT Specialist. The IT Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems, ensuring the efficiency and security of the company’s network and infrastructure. Key tasks include network administration, addressing technical issues, managing IT security, and providing technical support to internal teams. The IT Specialist will also work on optimizing system performance and resolving technology-related challenges to support business operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a combined role covering IT infrastructure & ERP
- Working experience with Odoo, Microsoft dyamics, Oracle, Sap or related
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Customer Service skills to provide support and efficient solutions to internal stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross departments and non- technical users. ↚
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Proactive and ownership- driven mindset - able to work independently and drive improvements.

وصف الدور
- هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل في مقر الشركة بمدينة الكويت، وهي مخصصة لأخصائي تقنية المعلومات. سيكون أخصائي تقنية المعلومات مسؤولاً عن تنفيذ وصيانة واستكشاف أعطال أنظمة تقنية المعلومات وإصلاحها، وضمان كفاءة وأمن شبكة الشركة وبنيتها التحتية. تشمل المهام الرئيسية إدارة الشبكة، ومعالجة المشكلات التقنية، وإدارة أمن تقنية المعلومات، وتقديم الدعم الفني للفرق الداخلية. كما سيعمل أخصائي تقنية المعلومات على تحسين أداء النظام وحل التحديات التقنية لدعم عمليات الشركة.
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو علوم الحاسوب أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من سنتين إلى خمس سنوات في دور يجمع بين البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات وأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).
- خبرة عملية في استخدام Odoo أو Microsoft Dynamics أو Oracle أو SAP أو ما شابه ذلك
- إتقان مهارات استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والقدرة على تشخيص المشكلات التقنية وحلها بفعالية.
- مهارات خدمة العملاء لتقديم الدعم والحلول الفعالة لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين.
- مهارات تواصل وتفاعل ممتازة للعمل مع مختلف الأقسام والمستخدمين غير التقنيين.
- خبرة في أدوات تصوير البيانات
- عقلية استباقية ودافعية عالية للمسؤولية - القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وتحقيق التحسينات.
