MEP Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinates day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and services across the site.
• Investigate and respond to equipment faults and breakdowns; coordinate and supervise contractors as needed.
• Plans, implements, and monitors preventive and corrective maintenance for all facility systems, equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
• Supervises maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, pumps, and other mechanical systems.
• Leads and manage mechanical technicians, FM staff, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
• Assists the line manager in overseeing daily operations and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with contractors and service providers.
• Supports procurement activities, including sourcing, cost control, spare parts, consumables, and inventory management.

Civil Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:

• Coordinates day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, and services across the site.
• Supervises civil maintenance works including masonry, carpentry, painting, tiling, waterproofing, and minor structural repairs.
• Plans, implements, and monitors preventive and corrective maintenance for all facility systems, equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
• Leads and manage technicians, FM staff, and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Chief Accountant

Core Responsibilities:

• Reviews all financial statements and manages accounts on a monthly basis after receiving from Subsidiaries / Associates.
• Follow–up on all financial records of the subsidiaries, ensuring that they are accurately updated.
• Reviews with external Tax auditors for final approval 
• Prepares URC consolidation and a Monthly Closing to ensure completeness of organized processes for URC and subsidiaries.

Customer Care Officer

Responsibilities:

• Receives complaints and orders from property occupants via various communication channels, telephone, email via Call Centre CRM , Property Management (PM) system and Facility management system (FMS). Review the objections/orders raised and forward and follow up them to the concerned management.

المسؤوليات:

• يستقبل الشكاوى والطلبات من شاغلي العقار عبر قنوات اتصال متعددة، كالهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني، وذلك من خلال نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) الخاص بمركز الاتصال، ونظام إدارة العقارات (PM)، ونظام إدارة المرافق (FMS). يقوم بمراجعة الاعتراضات/الطلبات المقدمة وإحالتها إلى الإدارة المعنية ومتابعتها.
