• Kuwait Dairy Company runs a variety of production lines on an area of 22 thousand square meters, with a production capacity of 350 tons daily, seeking to develop its capacity up to 550 tons per day over the coming years.

Transport Operations Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily distribution routes, including vehicle and driver allocation 
• Optimize delivery routes based on locations, delivery windows, and vehicle capacity 
• Coordinate operational priorities between Fleet, Yard and Garage to ensure vehicles are available and dispatched on time
• Maintain accurate fleet records including vehicle availability, maintenance history, and licenses
• Analyze fuel consumption, mileage, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization
• Monitor fleet performance, and prepare periodical fleet performance reports
• Identify operational gaps and propose improvements in routing, scheduling, and fleet use

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Fleet availability and utilization rate
• Route completion and on-time delivery
• Maintenance downtime
• Fuel efficiency and consumption variance
• Fleet operating and maintenance cost per vehicle 
• Compliance and safety incident rate

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in transport planning, fleet planning, or distribution operations preferably with at least 30+ vehicles and 40+ drivers ↚
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet cost control
• Experience with fleet management systems and reporting tools

• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في تخطيط النقل، أو تخطيط أساطيل المركبات، أو عمليات التوزيع، ويفضل أن تكون مع أسطول لا يقل عن 30 مركبة و40 سائقًا.
• معرفة قوية بصيانة المركبات والتحكم في تكاليف الأسطول
• خبرة في أنظمة إدارة الأساطيل وأدوات إعداد التقارير
