Responsibilities

• Tekla Draftsman: Prepare accurate shop, fabrication, and erection drawings; revise models based on factory feedback and ensure compliance with project standards.

• Architectural Engineer: Supervise site activities for the KGOC project, manage architectural deliverables, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure execution aligns with approved designs.

• MEP Drafter: Develop detailed shop drawings for HVAC, firefighting, and electrical systems; coordinate with civil and structural teams to eliminate design clashes.

Requirements

• Tekla Draftsman: 4–5 years of experience in Tekla Structures; Diploma/ITI in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; expertise in steel components and AutoCAD.

• Architectural Engineer: 15+ years of experience in architectural design and site supervision, specifically within industrial or Oil & Gas sectors.

• MEP Drafter: Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP drafting; expert proficiency in AutoCAD and a deep understanding of mechanical/electrical system coordination.

المسؤوليات

• رسام تيكلا: إعداد مخططات الورشة والتركيب بدقة، وتعديل النماذج بناءً على ملاحظات المصنع لضمان مطابقتها لمعايير المشروع.

• مهندس معماري: الإشراف على الأنشطة المعمارية في موقع مشروع KGOC، وإدارة المخرجات المعمارية والتنسيق مع الفرق المختلفة لضمان التنفيذ وفق التصاميم المعتمدة.

• رسام MEP: تطوير مخططات ورشة تفصيلية لأنظمة التكييف، الحريق، والكهرباء، والتنسيق مع الفرق الإنشائية والمعمارية لتفادي أي تعارضات في التصميم.

المتطلبات

• رسام تيكلا: خبرة 4-5 سنوات في برنامج Tekla Structures، دبلوم هندسة مدنية أو ميكانيكية، وخبرة واسعة في المكونات الحديدية والأوتوكاد.

• مهندس معماري: خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في التصميم المعماري والإشراف الموقع، خاصة في المشاريع الصناعية أو قطاع النفط والغاز.

• رسام MEP: خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في رسم مخططات MEP، إتقان تام لبرنامج AutoCAD، وفهم عميق لتنسيق الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية.
