Requirements

• Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience specifically within the Oil & Gas services sector is mandatory for both roles.

• Senior Accountant: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting.

• Senior Procurement Officer: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a relevant discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement.

• Residency: Candidates must be locally available in Kuwait.

• Visa Status: Must possess a valid and transferable visa (Article 18).

Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight (Accountant): Manage complex accounting cycles, financial reporting, and compliance within the energy services framework.

• Supply Chain Management (Procurement): Oversee strategic procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure efficient supply chain operations for oilfield projects.

• Operational Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure all financial and procurement activities align with project timelines and budgetary goals.↚

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all transactions and procurement activities adhere to industry regulations and internal company policies.

متطلبات

• الخبرة في القطاع: يشترط خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات مثبتة خصيصاً في قطاع خدمات النفط والغاز لكلا الوظيفتين.

• محاسب أول: يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في التمويل أو المحاسبة أو تخصص ذي صلة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المحاسبة والمالية.

• مسؤول مشتريات أول: يجب أن يكون حاصلاً على درجة البكالوريوس في سلاسل الإمداد أو تخصص ذي صلة، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في سلاسل الإمداد والمشتريات.

• الموقع: التقديم متاح للمرشحين المتواجدين داخل دولة الكويت فقط.

• حالة الإقامة: يجب امتلاك إقامة سارية وقابلة للتحويل (مادة 18).

مسئوليات

• الإشراف المالي (المحاسب): إدارة الدورات المحاسبية المعقدة، والتقارير المالية، والامتثال ضمن إطار خدمات الطاقة.

• إدارة سلاسل الإمداد (المشتريات): الإشراف على عمليات الشراء الاستراتيجية، وإدارة علاقات الموردين، وضمان كفاءة العمليات اللوجستية لمشاريع حقول النفط.

• التنسيق التشغيلي: التعاون مع مختلف الأقسام لضمان توافق كافة الأنشطة المالية والمشتريات مع الجداول الزمنية للمشاريع والأهداف الميزانية.

• الامتثال والتقارير: ضمان التزام كافة المعاملات وأنشطة المشتريات باللوائح الصناعية وسياسات الشركة الداخلية.
