Requirements

• Professional Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience specifically within Security and Guarding companies.

• Core Competencies: Demonstrated expertise in Guard Deployment and Shift Scheduling.

• Contract Management: Strong experience in managing Security Contracts and Site Coordination.

• Reporting Skills: Proven ability to manage guards, attendance records, and detailed operational reports.

• Technical Proficiency: High level of proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

• Residency: Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait.

• Licensing: A valid Kuwaiti driving license is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deployment Management: Oversee the strategic deployment of security personnel and manage complex shift schedules.

• Site Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for site security contracts, ensuring all client requirements are met.

• Personnel Oversight: Supervise security guards, monitor daily attendance, and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.

• Operational Reporting: Prepare and analyze comprehensive operational reports to enhance service efficiency.↚

• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication between field staff and the management team.

متطلبات

• الخبرة المهنية: خبرة مثبتة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات تحديداً في شركات الأمن والحراسة.

• الكفاءات الأساسية: خبرة عملية في توزيع الحراس وجدولة النوبات (الشيفتات).

• إدارة العقود: خبرة قوية في إدارة العقود الأمنية والتنسيق الميداني للمواقع.

• مهارات التقارير: قدرة مثبتة على إدارة الحراس وسجلات الحضور وإعداد التقارير التشغيلية التفصيلية.

• الإتقان التقني: مستوى عالٍ من الإتقان في برامج MS Office (إكسل، وورد، وأوتلوك).

• الإقامة: يجب أن يكون المتقدم مقيماً حالياً في دولة الكويت.

• التراخيص: يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية المفعول لهذا الدور.

مسئوليات

• إدارة التوزيع: الإشراف على التوزيع الاستراتيجي لأفراد الأمن وإدارة جداول النوبات المعقدة.

• تنسيق المواقع: العمل كنقطة اتصال رئيسية لعقود أمن المواقع وضمان تلبية كافة متطلبات العملاء.

• الإشراف على الأفراد: الإشراف المباشر على حراس الأمن ومراقبة الحضور اليومي وضمان الالتزام الصارم ببروتوكولات السلامة.

• التقارير التشغيلية: إعداد وتحليل تقارير تشغيلية شاملة لتعزيز كفاءة الخدمة المقدمة.

• التواصل: الحفاظ على تواصل واضح وفعال بين الموظفين الميدانيين وفريق الإدارة.
