Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or professional certifications like CFA, CMA, or CPA are highly preferred).
Experience: 2 to 5 years in financial analysis, pricing, or business analytics (prior experience in automotive, leasing, or logistics industries is a significant advantage).
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; strong knowledge of ROI, IRR, and profitability metrics. Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and superior communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy: Analyze pricing structures, market trends, and competitor benchmarks to identify and implement margin improvement opportunities.
Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain dynamic pricing and discount models, as well as dashboards in Power BI to support management.
Profitability Analysis: Conduct comprehensive ROI and profitability analyses for new contracts, internal projects, and strategic initiatives.
Commercial Collaboration: Partner with Commercial and Operations teams on tenders, bids, and business reviews to ensure financial viability.↚
