Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy: Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns that align with City Hypermarket’s brand identity and retail objectives.
Digital Engagement: Manage online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and foster positive brand interactions across all platforms.
Visual Storytelling: Create compelling visual and written content to highlight promotions, new arrivals, and in-store experiences.
Performance Analytics: Monitor social media metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
Proficiency in digital content creation tools and social media management platforms.
Creative mindset with excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English).

Accountant

Key Responsibillities

Financial Oversight: Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with international standards.
Reconciliation & Reporting: Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations and assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Audit Support: Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records to support internal and external audit processes.
Operational Efficiency: Support budgeting and expenditure tracking to maintain the fiscal health of hypermarket operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in modern ERP/accounting software.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.

استراتيجية المحتوى: تطوير وتنفيذ حملات إبداعية على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تتوافق مع هوية العلامة التجارية وأهداف البيع بالتجزئة.
التفاعل الرقمي: إدارة المجتمعات عبر الإنترنت، والرد على استفسارات العملاء، وتعزيز التفاعل الإيجابي مع العلامة التجارية.
صناعة المحتوى: ابتكار محتوى مرئي ومكتوب جذاب لتسليط الضوء على العروض، والمنتجات الجديدة، وتجارب التسوق داخل الفروع.
تحليل الأداء: مراقبة مقاييس الأداء وتقديم رؤى لتحسين الوصول والتفاعل ومعدلات التحويل.

المتطلبات

خبرة مثبتة في إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع التجزئة أو السلع الاستهلاكية (FMCG).
إجادة استخدام أدوات صناعة المحتوى الرقمي ومنصات إدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
عقلية إبداعية مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

محاسب

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

الإشراف المالي: إدارة العمليات المحاسبية اليومية، وضمان تسجيل كافة المعاملات المالية بدقة ووفقاً للمعايير الدولية.
التسوية والتقارير: إجراء مطابقات بنكية ونقدية دورية والمساعدة في إعداد القوائم المالية الشهرية والسنوية.
دعم التدقيق: ضمان التوثيق السليم والحفاظ على السجلات المحاسبية لدعم عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي.
الكفاءة التشغيلية: دعم عمليات الموازنة وتتبع النفقات للحفاظ على الصحة المالية لعمليات الهايبر ماركت.
