Hiring: Stainless Steel Workshop Manager – Amghara, Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Stainless Steel Workshop Manager to oversee operations at a leading mechanical fabrication company. Prior experience with stainless steel fabrication and KOC (Kuwait Oil Company) projects is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily workshop operations and fabrication activities

• Supervise welders, fabricators, and workshop technicians

• Ensure fabrication meets project specifications and KOC standards

• Review technical drawings and coordinate with project/site teams

• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely project completion

• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations

• Plan workshop activities and monitor productivity

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in stainless steel fabrication workshop

• KOC project experience is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of welding and fabrication processes (TIG, MIG, ARC)

• Experience in workshop planning and production control

• Strong leadership and communication skills

نحن نوظف – مدير ورشة تصنيع الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ (Stainless Steel Workshop Manager) 🚨

📍 الموقع: أمغرة، الكويت

المهام الوظيفية:

• إدارة عمليات الورشة اليومية وأنشطة التصنيع

• الإشراف على اللحامين والفنيين والعمال

• التأكد من مطابقة الأعمال للمواصفات الفنية ومعايير KOC

• مراجعة الرسومات الفنية والتنسيق مع فرق المشروع والموقع

• متابعة جداول الإنتاج وضمان الانتهاء من المشاريع في الوقت المحدد

• الحفاظ على جودة العمل والالتزام بقواعد السلامة

• تخطيط أنشطة الورشة ومراقبة الإنتاجية

المتطلبات:

• دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في ورشة تصنيع الفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ

• خبرة في مشاريع KOC ميزة إضافية

• معرفة قوية بعمليات اللحام والتصنيع (TIG، MIG، ARC)

• خبرة في تخطيط الورشة والتحكم بالإنتاج

• مهارات قيادية وتواصل قوية
