Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead and inspire the store team to achieve daily operational targets and maintain the highest standards of service.

• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Jashanmal’s luxury identity through expert oversight of visual displays and product placement.

• Inventory & Compliance: Oversee stock management, minimize shrinkage, and ensure full compliance with company policies and retail regulations.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in retail management, specifically within high-end or luxury sectors.

• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

• Visual Expertise: Good knowledge of visual merchandising principles to maintain a premium brand aesthetic.

• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).

• Location: Candidates must be currently based in Kuwait.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة المهنية: سجل حافل في إدارة معارض التجزئة، وتحديداً في قطاع السلع الفاخرة أو الراقية.

• المهارات القيادية: قدرة قوية على إدارة وتوجيه وتحفيز فريق عمل متنوع في بيئة عمل سريعة الوتيرة.

• الخبرة الفنية: معرفة جيدة بمبادئ التنسيق البصري (Visual Merchandising) للحفاظ على المظهر الفاخر للعلامة.

• التواصل: مهارات تواصل وتفاعل استثنائية باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل).
