• Technical Execution: (Technicians & Riggers) Implement complex electrical and tower-based installations, adhering to rigorous technical standards and safety protocols.

• Quality & Safety Stewardship: (QA/QC & Safety Officers) Enforce strict HSE standards and quality control measures to ensure a zero-harm and high-compliance working environment.

• Operational Support: (Coordination & Logistics) Manage project documentation, material inventory, and logistical movements to ensure seamless field operations.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Proven track record in your respective field, with specific experience in telecommunications or large-scale civil engineering preferred.

• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of ELV systems, Microwave/IBS site requirements, or specialized electrical installations.

• Location: Local hiring from within the State of Kuwait only.

• الدقة الهندسية: (المهندسون والمشرفون) إدارة التركيبات الميدانية، خاصة في مواقع Microwave وIBS، لضمان سلامة وكفاءة أنظمة الاتصالات.

• التنفيذ التقني: (الفنيون) تنفيذ تمديدات كهربائية وتركيبات أبراج معقدة، مع الالتزام التام بالمعايير الفنية وبروتوكولات السلامة.

• إدارة الجودة والسلامة: (مسؤولو الجودة والسلامة) فرض معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) لضمان بيئة عمل آمنة ومطابقة للمواصفات العالمية.

• الدعم العملياتي: (التنسيق واللوجستيات) إدارة توثيق المشاريع، ومخزون المواد، والحركات اللوجستية لضمان سلاسة العمليات الميدانية.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة المهنية: سجل حافل بالخبرة في مجالك المهني، ويفضل من لديهم خبرة في قطاع الاتصالات أو الهندسة المدنية الكبرى.

• الإتقان التقني: معرفة عميقة بأنظمة ELV، أو متطلبات مواقع Microwave/IBS، أو التمديدات الكهربائية المتخصصة.

• الموقع: التوظيف محلي للمقيمين داخل دولة الكويت فقط.
