Responsibilities

• Supervisory Governance: (Foreman) Directly oversee workshop/site operations, ensuring all workers adhere to strict workflow schedules and safety standards.

• Structural Fabrication: (Fabricators) Interpret technical drawings with precision to fabricate complex metal structures according to project specifications.

• Precision Cutting: (Machine Operators) Operate specialized cutting and laser-cutting machinery to produce metal components with absolute accuracy.

• Welding Support: (Tack Welders) Execute tack welding to secure metal components in precise positions for final high-integrity welding.

• Operational Logistics: (Laborers/Helpers) Provide vital support in loading, unloading, and site maintenance, assisting technicians to ensure continuous operational flow.

• HSE Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by strictly following health and safety protocols across all industrial tasks.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Proven background in the respective role, specifically within an industrial or metal fabrication environment.

• Certification: (Technical Roles) Valid certification is mandatory for Foremen, Fabricators, Welders, and Machine Operators.

• Core Skills: Ability to read technical blueprints (Fabricators) and operate specialized industrial machinery (Operators).

• Communication: (Foreman) Strong leadership and coordination skills, open to Arab nationals.

• Residency: Must be currently residing in the State of Kuwait (Local Hiring).

• Location Scope: Candidates must be able to work in Mina Abdullah.

المسؤوليات

• الحوكمة الإشرافية: (الفورمان) الإشراف المباشر على عمليات الموقع/الورشة، وضمان التزام كافة العمال بجداول العمل ومعايير السلامة الصارمة.

• التصنيع الإنشائي: (فنيي الفبركة) تفسير المخططات الفنية بدقة لتصنيع الهياكل المعدنية المعقدة وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع.

• القص الدقيق: (مشغلي الماكينات) تشغيل آلات القص والقص بالليزر المتخصصة لإنتاج مكونات معدنية بدقة متناهية.

• دعم اللحام: (لحامين Tack) تنفيذ اللحام المبدئي لتثبيت المكونات المعدنية في مواضع دقيقة تمهيداً للحام النهائي.

• الخدمات اللوجستية التشغيلية: (العمال والمساعدين) تقديم الدعم الحيوي في عمليات التحميل والتفريغ وصيانة الموقع، ومساعدة الفنيين لضمان استمرارية التدفق التشغيلي.

المتطلبات

• الخبرة المهنية: خبرة سابقة مثبتة في نفس المجال، وتحديداً في بيئة التصنيع المعدني أو الصناعي.

• الشهادات الفنية: الشهادات ذات الصلة إلزامية للفورمان، وفنيي الفبركة، واللحامين، ومشغلي الماكينات.

• المهارات الأساسية: القدرة على قراءة المخططات الفنية وتشغيل الآلات الصناعية المتخصصة.

• مهارات التواصل: (الفورمان) مهارات قيادية وتنسيقية قوية، والوظيفة مخصصة للعرب.

• الموقع: التوظيف محلي للمقيمين داخل دولة الكويت حالياً مع القدرة على العمل في ميناء عبد الله.
