Responsibilities

• Clinical Diagnostic Leadership: (Registrars) Oversee specialized laboratory testing and diagnostics in Biochemistry or Microbiology, ensuring high precision in results to support clinical decision-making.

• Patient Advocacy & Care: (Staff Nurses) Deliver comprehensive nursing care, ensuring patient safety, medication administration, and clinical monitoring meet the highest international protocols.

• Fiscal & Data Integrity: (Medical Coder) Translate healthcare services, procedures, and diagnoses into standardized codes, ensuring accurate clinical documentation and billing compliance.

• Collaborative Medicine: Work effectively within a team of physicians, laboratory specialists, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless and professional patient journey.

• Quality & Safety Compliance: Adhere to rigorous JCI and national healthcare standards to maintain a safe, infection-free environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Professional Qualifications: Valid medical degrees, nursing licenses, or professional coding certifications relevant to the respective positions.

• Clinical Expertise: Proven track record in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting; for the Medical Coder role, prior experience within the Kuwaiti healthcare system is highly preferred.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and specialized laboratory equipment.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, exceptional interpersonal communication, and a patient-centered professional mindset.

• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in or eligible to practice in the State of Kuwait.

• الرعاية والتمريض: (هيئة التمريض) تقديم رعاية تمريضية شاملة، وضمان سلامة المرضى، وإدارة الأدوية والمراقبة السريرية وفقاً لأرقى البروتوكولات الدولية.

• نزاهة البيانات الطبية: (الترميز الطبي) تحويل الخدمات والإجراءات الطبية والتشخيصات إلى رموز معيارية، وضمان دقة التوثيق السريري والامتثال لمتطلبات الفوترة.

• التعاون الطبي: العمل بفعالية ضمن فريق يضم الأطباء والأخصائيين والموظفين الإداريين لضمان تجربة مهنية وسلسة للمرضى.

• الإتقان التقني: الخبرة في استخدام أنظمة معلومات المستشفيات (HIS) والأجهزة المخبرية المتخصصة.
